project Bella icon...

for a long time now i've been absolutely OBSESSED with the idea of making an icon of TS1 Bella Goth for myself.

since taking closeup pics of actual TS1 sims didn't work out so well, i went for the next best thing and the result can be seen above! :) it's a little bit too dark, otherwise it's ok.
it's plurk sized (which is kinda silly because i don't even use the said site atm. the size just seemed perfect!), the 100x100 ones didn't please me at all at this point!

this is attempt #1, there will be many more before i'll be satisfied and actually use the icon(s).

i love miniscule, tiny 'projects' like this :D...

That's an awesome idea. I've been missing the sims 1 in a weird way lately. It was nice not to worry about CC all the time, like I find myself doing with TS2. I spend more time downloading for that game than I do playing, and it's not really fun. Sigh. But I digress.

oh yeah, i know :O it's the same for me - sometimes i wish CC hadn't been 'invented'. not that i don't want pretty stuff in my game, but it would be nice to just focus on playing the game with what it has to offer :'D did that make any sense..?

Yes, it does make sense! That's really exactly how I feel. I debate sometimes just pulling my downloads folder and playing with no CC at all, but I always chicken out. :]

This is super cool. An icon of our most iconic sim. I love the intensity of the lighting, colour, and her direct unwavering stare.
