in part 1, we got off to a very, um, generic start: the founder (Astrid Kalinka) found the love of her life (Genesis Garth). Genesis is now pregnant with their first child.

i forgot to list some LTWs last time, so here they are:
Astrid: marry off 6 children
Genesis: raise 20 puppies or kittens

uh. uhhm. although it'd be nice to get those pretty gravestones, i dunno if i can make these two happen, probably not ):

the first fire of this legacy... :'D surprisingly, it wasn't caused by bad cooking skills, Genesis just forgot her breakfast pastries in the oven!

i tried to make her eat the burnt delicacies, but to no avail..

so, is this what winters on beach lots are like..? it keeps snowing, but there's never any snow on the ground..? :(

so NOW there's snow...? well, better late than never! now i'm happyyy

uh-oh! aw, she looks so pained ;o; i'm sorry Genesis honey, i promise i'll make Astrid carry the next kid!

take your time, no need to hurry... it's just your first child being born, that's all!

so let's see.. hair, eyes, skin.. so far it seems she has gotten most of her features from mama Astrid.

the baby furniture things cost them wayyy too much...

so much snow!! :O and so much cold air must be getting inside through these windows... oh well, thankfully in the sim world it doesn't work like that

it sounds silly, but i think these glowy-eyed-leader-wolves are actually pretty scary..

Genesis has been the 'star' of this entry because Astrid is so busy skilling & working for a promotion and MORE MONEY !
at this rate, i think she might be becoming a zombie..

spring is coming, so Genesis uses her last chance to build a snowman!

Gemma's baby-to-toddler birthday!

pretty cute! :D her personality, however, is NOT cute. she's an aries: one nice point, full outgoing points... HMMM.

aaaand the showcasing of amazing parenting skills begins.. yeah, you just wander off with a book and leave her there..

and then this happened again! this time i actually told them to do it, though :') ahah you can see Gemma's head over there... poor girl, traumatized like this at such a young age..

i don't know what to say.. :|

they were in such a dire need for money, i tried setting up some kind of a home business for Genesis. it was a bad move, since i just got OFB and had absolutely no idea what to do (looking for tutorials would have required too much effort, of course..). the business was up for about 5 rl minutes :DD
